Vote Yes on April 27, 2010.After a long process the citizens of Tisbury will vote on legislation to allow beer and wine to be served with meals in Tisbury restaurants. If you are not registered to vote, it's easy. You may register in person or by mail. To register in person, go to the Town Clerk's office in the Town Hall on Spring Street. To register by mail, pick up a form at the town hall or at the DMV. You can also call 617-727-2828 to obtain a form, or you can download one here. You must be registered by March 24th in order to vote on April 27th If you are registered to vote but will not be in town on April 27th you may apply for an absentee ballot. You may do this in person at the town hall on Spring Street, or by mailing a request to the Town Clerk on Spring Street, or by downloading an application form here. Your absentee ballot must be recieved at the Town Hall before April 27th. If you are using the mail, please post your ballot no later than April 20th.
